The IEC team designed 60,000 SF of new construction and renovated 15,000 SF of Hyland Software’s existing facility in order to support the office culture that no longer encourages the conventional work-life balance, but promotes an environment that successfully mixes work with play.

New 45,000 square foot, 3 story office building with 15,000 sf underground parking garage.
